Healthy Flapjacks

2 Whole eggs

4 egg whites

2 Tbsp Psyllium husk

2 Packets Sweetener

1/2 Tsp Cinnamon or Unsweetened Cocoa

1 Tsp Coconut Oil

  • Whisk all ingredients together till combined.

  • Add 1/2 Teaspoon Coconut oil to a frying pan.

  • Scoop mixture in, a spoon at a time.

  • Fry till Golden brown or light in texture and cooked. You can top them off with Cinnamon fried apples.

Notes: You can leave the Sweetener and Cinnamon or cocoa powder out and create a savory flapjack.
