4 Portobello mushrooms
2 Garlic Cloves Chopped
20ml Coconut Oil
280g Lean Beef Mince
2 Garlic Cloves
15ml Coconut Oil
To assemble the Burger:
HCG approved Mayonnaise
Cucumber and onions Pickles
Place Mushroom in an oven dish and coat with a mix of coconut oil and garlic.
Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 6 minutes then turn them around and place back in the oven for a further 5-7 minutes or till done.
While the Mushrooms are in the oven, mix the lean mince, garlic, salt, and pepper and form 2 patties out of the mixture.
Fry the patties in a frying pan for 3-4 minutes on each side or till done.
Use the mushroom as your buns when assembling your Burger.
Assemble as deserved and enjoy.
